CORE Store and our mobile apps
When you open an online store with CORE Store (on this website or in the CORE Store app), we keep your account (name, email, phone and password, stored encrypted), your store’s settings and content, and the data your store handles: products, orders and the contact and delivery details your shoppers give when they order. We process shopper data only to run your store for you. Payments for plans and services are recorded for billing.
The CORE Store and CORE Admin Android apps show the same website in the app, so the information above applies to them too. If you allow notifications, the app uses them only to tell you about your store (for example, a new order). The apps do not read your contacts, files or location.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and store at any time. See how to delete your account.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
