The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement before work begins. If anything in a signed quote differs from these terms, the quote applies.
Quotes and payment
- Prices shown on this website are typical ranges, not fixed offers. Your quote is the final price.
- Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated in your quote.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, access and feedback we need, on time.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos or images you give us.
- Keep your account passwords and access details secure.
Ownership
Once a project is fully paid, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party tools, plugins, licences and platforms remain subject to their own terms. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Support and third-party services
Support periods are described in your package or quote. Our systems may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways or messaging platforms; we aren’t responsible for outages or changes made by those providers, but we’ll help you work through them.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully and professionally, but to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
