Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your CORE Automation account, including a store opened with CORE Store on this website or in the CORE Store app.

অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করতে

1. যে ইমেইল দিয়ে স্টোর খুলেছেন, সেই ইমেইল থেকে coreautomationbd@gmail.com-এ লিখুন। সাবজেক্টে দিন “Delete my CORE Store account” আর লেখায় আপনার স্টোরের ঠিকানা দিন।
2. অথবা WhatsApp-এ (+880 1641-994404) আপনার স্টোরের ঠিকানা আর ইমেইল জানান।
3. আপনার পরিচয় নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট আর স্টোর ডিলিট করে আপনাকে জানানো হবে।

To delete your account

1. Email coreautomationbd@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my CORE Store account” and your store’s address.
2. Or message us on WhatsApp (+880 1641-994404) with your store’s address and email.
3. Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete the account and store within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your login account (name, email, phone, password).
• Your store: its settings, pages, products, images and files.
• Your store’s orders, customers and the details shoppers gave when ordering.
• Your AI wallet balance and history.

What is kept

• Records of payments you made to CORE Automation (plans and services) and their invoices, which we must keep for accounting and legal reasons for up to 6 years.
• Backups are overwritten within 30 days, after which nothing of your store remains.
